When is the best time to ask for the briefing?

Between 8:30 and 9:15 AM IST works well. You get the previous session's closing data, overnight global context, and your watchlist state before the 9:15 open. During market hours the same prompt reflects live prices.

Does the briefing include my own stocks?

Yes, if you are signed in through your API key. It pulls your watchlist and portfolio holdings and flags conviction changes and notable movers among them.

Do I need to type the full request every day?

No. The server ships a pre-built briefing prompt, so in most clients just typing 'briefing' or 'give me my morning briefing' is enough.
