The Filings tab - corporate announcements

Every NSE/BSE filing for this stock, in reverse chronological order. AI summary, materiality tag, and a link to the original PDF.

What's in the tab

A stock-specific slice of the global Filings feed. Every announcement the company has made to NSE or BSE, sorted newest-first.

Each filing row shows:

  • Date and time of disclosure
  • Category (board meeting, results, dividend, M&A, regulatory order, etc.)
  • Headline — the official subject line from the exchange
  • AI summary — a short paragraph extracting the material substance
  • Materiality tag — material / material+context / routine
  • Link to original PDF on NSE/BSE

The filter bar

Above the feed, three filters trim the view:

  • Category — pick one or more (e.g. only earnings + board meetings)
  • Materiality — limit to material if you only want what moves the price
  • Date range — last 7 / 30 / 90 days or a custom window

Combining "Category: Financial Results" with "Date range: Last 1 year" gives you exactly the four quarterly earnings filings — useful for catching up on a stock you haven't tracked recently.

AI summaries

Each filing gets an AI-generated summary that extracts the what and the why now of the announcement. The summary is rendered above the link to the original PDF.

For earnings filings specifically, the summary feeds the structured-data ingest: revenue, PAT, OPM, EPS with YoY and QoQ growth populate into the Financials tab automatically.

Reading filings as a workflow

When researching a stock, this tab is where you catch up on what the company has said recently. The most useful filings:

  • Results — quarterly performance updates with commentary
  • Board meetings — usually announces dates for results, dividends, fundraising
  • Acquisitions / divestitures — M&A activity
  • Buybacks — capital allocation signals
  • Regulatory orders — anything from SEBI or sectoral regulators
  • Promoter pledge changes — insider stress signals
  • Order wins — for capital goods, defence, infrastructure stocks

Auto-linking to trades

If you have the Trade Journal enabled and you bought this stock recently, the platform automatically links the closest filing within ±2 days of your entry to your trade. This is how the journal builds catalyst-attribution data.
