Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on aftermarkets.in.

Refund Policy

aftermarkets.in Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription through any of these methods:

  • Account Settings: Go to Settings → Subscription on aftermarkets.in and click Cancel Subscription.
  • Bank e-Mandate Management: As per RBI guidelines, you can cancel recurring payment authorisations directly through your bank's net banking or mobile banking portal.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@aftermarkets.in from the email address associated with your account.
  • Apple Subscriptions: If you subscribed via the iOS app, manage your subscription through iOS Settings → Subscriptions.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Pro features remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
  • Your saved data (screeners, watchlists, alerts) is preserved but becomes subject to Free tier limits.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access.

Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect billing amount), we will investigate and correct the error. Please contact contact@aftermarkets.in within 7 days of the charge with your transaction details.

Apple In-App Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy. To request a refund for an Apple purchase, contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.
