Filing Intelligence

Know what a filing says in minutes. Not the next morning.

A bot monitors NSE and BSE around the clock. When a company you follow files anything — earnings, board meetings, dividends, acquisitions — it reads the PDF, extracts what matters, and delivers a plain-language summary in the filing feed. Pro users can send those alerts to WhatsApp or Telegram too.

The Problem

How filings work without aftermarkets

A company you hold announces quarterly results at 3:47 PM. You find out at 5:30 PM — from a Twitter post, a broker notification, or a news headline that says “XYZ reports strong Q3.” Strong compared to what? The headline does not say.

So you go to the NSE website. You find the filing. It is a 38-page PDF. The first 12 pages are boilerplate. The actual P&L is on page 19. The segmental revenue breakdown you actually need is on page 31. By the time you have read it, the stock has already moved.

Multiply this by every company in your portfolio, every board meeting, every insider trade disclosure, every credit rating change. That is the filing problem — and it is what drives the information advantage that institutional desks have over retail investors.

The Solution

How filings work with aftermarkets

The same company announces quarterly results at 3:47 PM. During the next alert cycle, your phone buzzes. The WhatsApp message says: revenue up 18% YoY, PAT up 23%, OPM expanded 120bps to 24.3%, board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 8 per share. The filing PDF is attached if you want to read the original.

That is the entire workflow. The bot did the work: it detected the filing within seconds, fetched the PDF, ran AI summarisation on the content, classified it by type, scored its materiality, and pushed it to you on the current alert cadence.

Setup

Three steps. Two minutes.

1

Add stocks to your watchlist

Pick the companies you follow. You can type symbols, paste a comma-separated list, or import Nifty 50 as a starting template.

2

Choose your delivery channel

Free users can read the web filing feed. Pro users can link WhatsApp or Telegram from Settings for phone delivery.

3

Filings arrive automatically

When any of your watchlisted companies files an announcement, you get a summary on your phone. No app to open. No feed to check.

Differentiators

What makes this different

Instant, not delayed

Not end-of-day digests, not “breaking news” 2 hours later. The exchange monitor runs continuously during and after market hours, and Pro phone delivery follows the current 5-minute alert cadence.

Summarised, not raw

AI reads the PDF and tells you what matters in 2-3 sentences. Revenue growth, margin change, dividend amount, board purpose — the numbers you need, not the compliance boilerplate.

Phone delivery

The web filing feed is available on the free tier. Telegram and WhatsApp delivery are Pro perks for users who want filings pushed to the channels they already check.

NSE + BSE coverage

4,800+ companies across both exchanges, including SME segments. Most platforms cover only NSE. If a company files on BSE, you still get it.

15 filing categories

Financial results, board meetings, dividends, acquisitions, buybacks, insider trading, credit ratings, litigation — every category that moves prices, classified automatically.

Impact scoring

Each filing is scored for materiality. Earnings results and acquisitions rank higher than routine compliance. You see the score in the feed, and you can filter by it.

Materiality filtering

Three levels — Material, Material + Context, or All. You choose how noisy your alerts are. Most users pick Material + Context, which catches earnings, dividends, insider trades, and rating changes while skipping routine compliance.

Earnings Intelligence

Earnings results, parsed and structured

When a company files quarterly results, the pipeline does more than summarise. It extracts structured financial data — revenue, PAT, EBITDA, EPS, OPM — with year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter growth rates. Flash results appear on the Earnings page shortly after each filing is processed, often before any news outlet reports them.

The “Expected Today” strip shows how many companies are scheduled to report today versus how many have already reported. During earnings season, you get a live scoreboard of results as they come in — not a retrospective summary the next morning.

Questions

Frequently asked

How fast do alerts arrive after a filing hits the exchange?

The filing feed updates as new exchange filings are processed. Pro users can also receive linked WhatsApp or Telegram delivery on the alert cadence, which currently runs every 5 minutes.

What about image-based or scanned filings?

The bot handles those too. When a filing PDF contains scanned images instead of selectable text, the pipeline runs OCR (optical character recognition) via Tesseract before summarising. It takes a few seconds longer, but you still get the summary — not a blank message.

Can I filter which filings I receive?

Yes. Three materiality levels: Material only (board meetings, earnings, dividends, acquisitions — the filings that move prices), Material + Context (adds credit ratings, insider trading, director changes), or All (every filing, including routine compliance). You set this once in notification preferences.

Does this work for BSE-only companies?

Yes. The bot monitors both NSE and BSE, including the SME segments of both exchanges. If a company is listed on BSE but not NSE, you still get its filings. Coverage spans 4,800+ companies across both exchanges.
