Pursuant To The Applicable Provisions Of The Companies Act, 2013 And The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We Hereby Submit The Notice Of The 44Th Annual General Meeting Of Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Limited To Be Held For The Financial Year 2025-26. The Notice Of AGM Contains The Requisite Details Relating To E-Voting Facility, Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), Book Closure, Cut-Off Date And Other Applicable Information Relating To The Annual General Meeting. The Book Closure Period And Cut-Off Date For Determining The Eligibility Of Members To Attend And Vote At The AGM Are Also Specified In The Notice.
The Company Shall Provide The Facility Of E-Voting To Eligible Members In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions, And The AGM Will Be Conducted Through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
